Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 4, 2026

BrightHaven Insurance Group LLC ("BrightHaven," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

When you submit a quote request, callback request, or contact form, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, state, age, coverage interests, and any notes. We may also automatically collect limited technical data, such as browser type, IP address, and pages visited, to operate the site, keep it secure, and improve it. Where we record an IP address to prevent automated abuse of our online tools, such as the chat assistant, we keep it only briefly and then delete it.

We use your information to respond to your request, prepare and present insurance quotes and options, help you apply for or enroll in coverage, provide ongoing policy service, and communicate with you about your inquiry. We may contact you by phone, email, or text using the information you provide.

If you give us your phone number, BrightHaven may call you about your request. We send text messages only if you opt in, for example by ticking the optional text-message box on our forms, and only about your quote, policies, renewals and coverage reviews. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of getting a quote or purchasing any product.

Mobile phone numbers and text messaging consent are never sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data is not shared with any third parties.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with insurance carriers, quoting and enrollment platforms, and service providers as needed to prepare quotes, submit applications, and service your coverage, and where required by law. These parties are expected to protect your information and use it only for those purposes.

This site uses basic cookies or similar technologies to function properly and to understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

We use a privacy-first site analytics service that counts page views without cookies and without building a profile of you. Our own site also keeps simple daily totals: how many times each page was viewed, how many forms were sent, and how many times someone tapped to call, text, email or book, along with the kind of site the visit came from (for example a search engine or a social network). These totals are numbers only. They use no cookies, store nothing on your device, and contain no name, email, phone number or answer, so they cannot identify you. Both are always on.

We may also use Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) advertising pixel to see which pages and which ads bring people to us. These two tools only load after you choose "That is fine" on the notice at the bottom of the page. If you choose "No thanks", or if your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, they are never loaded at all. We also never pass your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, health conditions or medications to these tools. What they receive is limited to the page you were on, which form you used, which coverage you were interested in, and whether you tapped to call, text or email us (the type only, never the number or address itself).

You can change your mind at any time:

We take reasonable measures to protect the information you submit. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may request to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have provided, or ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing . Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws.

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
