Everyday Care & Extras Finder

Three questions. One plan that actually fits.

USA Health offers a wide range of individual coverage, and they are genuinely different from one another. Some are full major medical. Some cover everyday care beautifully but pay nothing toward a hospital stay. This finder asks what you actually need, then shows you the plan that matches, with the real monthly rate and an honest note about what it does not cover.

Step 1 · What you need

What are you trying to protect against?

Step 2 · Who's covered

Who needs coverage?

Step 3 · Your age

How old is the primary member?

Rates are set by the oldest person on the plan.

Step 4 · Deductible

How much would you cover yourself before the plan takes over?

A lower deductible means a higher monthly premium. Pick the trade you'd rather make.

Step 4 · What matters most

Which of these sounds most like you?

Plans that pay YOU: pick your what-if

These now live in the supplemental finder, where every plan carries a plain-English tagline, an "in real life" story, state availability, and an honest note on what it does not do.

The yearly-checkup plan

SBA MEC is USA Health's preventive-only medical plan. In plain English: it pays for the care that keeps you healthy: your yearly checkup, screenings, vaccines and preventive prescriptions, at 100%, with no deductible and nothing due at the visit. Everyone is accepted, and it officially counts as health coverage under the ACA. It comes in three sizes, and it pairs with any protection above.

The yearly-checkup plan

SBA MEC: three plan options

What it isAll the "stay healthy" care, covered in full in the First Health network: annual checkups, screenings, vaccines, and preventive prescriptions like birth control. Plan 2 adds free lab work; Plan 3 adds a doctor to see when you are sick.
What it is notIt is not a hospital plan. It does not pay for surgery, the ER or a hospital stay. Most people pair it with a bigger plan or an accident / hospital-cash plan.
Who it fitsSomeone who wants the yearly stay-ahead-of-it care fully covered, at a flat monthly price, without paying for benefits they never use.

Available in 40 states, not in AK, CT, MT, NM, NY, ND, RI, SD, VT, WV or WY (verified 8/13/26).

More on the shelf

The plans on this page are not the whole shelf.

Some carriers ask us to present their products one-on-one instead of on a website, and new ones join the lineup all the time. An advisor can pull up every product that could fit your needs, including the great options that are not listed here.

Rather talk it through?

We will walk you through what each of these actually covers, in plain English. No pressure, no fee.
