Health Plan Finder

Find your health plan, step by step.

Real plans with real monthly rates, explained in plain English, and it all happens on this page.

Start below: type in what you pay now and the "Am I overpaying?" check compares it against every major medical plan here in about 20 seconds.

Then find your fit: coverage level → plan type → narrow it down by price, household and network.

✓ Benefit details on this page come straight from each carrier's own plan documents, with a link to the source on every plan. Carriers and networks change constantly, so always verify the latest details with us before making any decision.

Am I overpaying?

Tell us where your plan comes from and what you pay, and we will show you what your coverage actually costs. Real published rates, no email required.

Major medical and limited medical prices are published carrier rates from the plans on this page, by age band, subject to underwriting approval and state availability. ACA subsidy eligibility depends on household income and state, and nothing here is tax advice. Estimates only, not a quote or guarantee of coverage.

Required first: underwriting suitability check

Every Iron Health / Detego plan starts with a quick suitability check, a simple process that takes about two minutes, and it means you know where you stand BEFORE any application is filed. Approval is the carrier's decision, not ours. If you're adding a spouse, underwriting reviews both of you.

By submitting, I agree to receive messages from BrightHaven Insurance Group about my request. Reply STOP to opt out. Message/data rates may apply.

Submitted! Your underwriting suitability check is now in motion.
  1. We submit your details to the carrier's underwriting suitability review (both spouses if applicable).
  2. Watch your email: the carrier sends a HIPAA authorization to e-sign.
  3. Once underwriting clears you, we send your personal application link, usually the same business day.

The application only opens after underwriting approval. Questions? Call (480) 934-3890.

Monthly rates shown are the carrier's published rates by age band and household tier as of July 2026, confirmed current September 2026, subject to underwriting approval and state availability. Drug coverage differs by plan. Each plan card states exactly what its prescription benefit covers, including whether specialty medications are included. We verify your doctors, network fit, and exact rate during your review. BrightHaven is an independent agency, not an insurer, and does not guarantee coverage, pricing, or eligibility.

More on the shelf

The plans on this page are not the whole shelf.

Some carriers ask us to present their products one-on-one instead of on a website, and new ones join the lineup all the time. An advisor can pull up every product that could fit your needs, including the great options that are not listed here. That includes short-term, fixed-benefit and other health plan families we quote personally.

Rather talk it through?

We will compare every plan family on this page with you in plain English, no pressure, no fee.
